Is life unfair? Does it makes you feel down? You need some good news. Some happenings in life are beyond our own control. This is why at times, we are depressed, unhappy. These feelings should not stay. They are not relevant to your life. They are a big threat. Why don’t you choose to be happy despite the bad occurrences you encounter? Anyway, you can still do something if your pet died or you failed in your exam. You can adopt a new pet, a healthier one. You can also extend your study time so you’ll learn farther. See? Don’t be hopeless with those little annoyances. There is hope. Choose to be happy, everyday. There are roads that lead to real happiness. You can try any of those right away.
Avoid Worries, Be Happy
This is the first step. Happiness comes in if you free yourself from worries. Stop worrying about so many things. Your life is not about worries, remember. It has a purpose. Whatever that troubles you, let go. Find peace. If the worries are already removed, the answers will come to you. Find answers to those troubling you. Stop pretending as if you can do nothing.
Let Go Of The Negatives
Avoid bad people, situations and thoughts. Let’s be honest, not all people are true to you. Not all want to be friends with you. Not all cares for you. So, if you know who are those you can be with, the better. Forget those who are only a bad influence. Also, avoid negative situations. Get rid of watching movies about brutality and crimes. Bad news is hit but watch only a little bad news if possible. Lastly, stop thinking negative. Fill your mind with positive thoughts such as your everyday accomplishments.
Daily Dose of Compliment
Treat yourself everyday. Give it the right compliment. If others used to treat you, do it also for yourself. When you wake up after a long sleep, greet yourself “Good Morning” in front of the mirror and smile. You can comb your hair while talking to yourself. Say, “It would be another great day for a great girl like me.” Reward yourself for little achievements or for doing well. These things will spread happiness.
It is hard to be somebody else. Just be who you are. Do not hide your true identity. You are as unique as the others. Why afraid to be you?
Happiness is one of the keys in a quality life. Find reasons to laugh not to cry. Accept yourself. Find jokes which will make you laugh. If your choice is to be happy, do it everyday.
